M.K. Real Estate Development Reports Strong Growth, Adjusts 2020 Sales Target Up by 16%
Launching 'Pro Yoke Thap' Campaign to Enter the Q3 Market
Planning to Launch 2 New Projects Worth Over 1.7 Billion Baht in the Second Half of the Year
M.K. is pleased with continuous sales growth as products align with consumer lifestyles moving towards the New Normal. The company is confident that horizontal projects can continue to progress due to the real demand in the market. The revised sales target for 2020 is now set at 3,000 million Baht, an increase of 16% or approximately 430 million Baht from the original target of 2,600 million Baht. In the first six months of the year, the company has already achieved 55% of the new sales target through pre-approved sales and bookings.
“Despite the overall impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the real estate market, the horizontal segment has been relatively less affected due to the genuine demand from consumers. Additionally, the shift in lifestyle towards the New Normal, including the growing popularity of working from home, has reduced commuting time and costs, increased focus on health, and social distancing measures. This has led consumers to seek residences with diverse functions, ample space, and privacy that can accommodate relaxation, work, and various activities, making townhomes and single-family homes a truly appealing choice for consumers,” said Mr. Sakdina Manlerd, Senior Executive Vice President of Project Management at M.K. Real Estate Development Plc.
Mr. Sakdina further stated, “With changing consumer lifestyles, property developers must adapt accordingly. Our company has continuously focused on developing products that align with consumer behavior, such as adding multifunctional rooms on the ground floor that can be converted into bedrooms for the elderly, workspaces, or recreational rooms based on residents' needs. This has received a very positive response. We have also incorporated Air Flow technology into our single-family and twin-house projects to improve air circulation and energy efficiency. In common areas, we have added trees that help trap dust in the air for the health of residents and designed pet zones for pets, while also adjusting fitness room layouts to comply with social distancing guidelines to meet the New Normal,” he added.
In Q3, M.K. Real Estate Development Plc is launching the 'Pro Yoke Thap' campaign, offering significant discounts for townhome customers, including a 100-fold refund on booking fees, and special discounts of over 500,000 Baht for single-family home customers. Customers can experience virtual tours of homes using 360-degree Virtual Tour technology through the official Line account: munkongfamily, showcasing ready-to-move-in homes, both single-family and XL-sized townhomes in prime locations throughout Bangkok, such as Chuan Chuen Prime Village Bangna, Chuan Chuen City Watcharapol Ramindra, Chuan Chuen Prime Ville Pathum Thani, Chuan Chuen Town Chaiyaphruek-Chaeng Watthana, and many more. “In the second half of 2020, the company plans to launch 2 new projects in prime locations with a total project value of 1.7 billion Baht, including Chuan Chuen Park Pinklao-Kanchana and Chuan Chuen Town Rangsit-Klong 3. The projects will continue to focus on developing products that align with consumer behavior while designing functional spaces and amenities that prioritize the well-being of residents,” Mr. Sakdina concluded.
